Lillian Wai Lan Hahn passed away suddenly the morning of March 19, 2010 at her home in Greeley, Colorado. Originally born Wai Lan Lau, born to Wing Hong Lau and Mo Yee Lau on June 2, 1951 in Hong Kong, she was 59 years old. She is survived by her husband Eric Howard Hahn and two daughters Carrie Anne Hahn and Tracey Erica Hahn, as well as seven sisters and two brothers. The youngest of her siblings, Lilly moved from Hong Kong to the United States in 1967 to receive her education and safety. She attended Rolling Hills High School, Harbor and El Camino Colleges, as well as Long Beach State University in Long Beach, California. She met her husband Eric in 1971 in California, they were married in 1976. Lilly and Eric were married for 34 years. After having their first daughter, Carrie Anne, in 1982, the family moved to Broomfield, Colorado, where Lilly was employed as an accountant for Frontier Horizon Airlines and Professional Travel Corporation. After their second daughter, Tracey Erica, was born in 1987, they later moved to Greeley, Colorado, where husband, Eric, was transferred with the USDA. In order to be closer to her family, she sought out local employment. After meeting with Scott Ehrlich of Ehrlich Motors, she became an important part of the Ehrlich Motors family. It was with Ehrlich Motors that was able to be close to her children, as well as grow with an ever expanding company. Proudly, during this time, Lilly also received her U.S. Citizenship. Loved by all who’ve known her well, Lilly was an amazing mother, wife, sister and friend. She was lovingly dedicated to her family and her work, taking care of everyone. Lilly loved spending time with her family and spent much time taking care of her youngest daughter Tracey. Lilly and Tracey bowled together as a mother-daughter duo for many years at Highland Park Lanes, earning many awards and meeting many new friends. She donated and contributed her time to organizations such as the Special Olympics and Envision Programs. Lilly was an incredible woman. She was genuine in every aspect. Whether it be her motherly instinct, her loving jokes, her bright smile, or her all around aura, Lilly could brighten up a room as soon as she entered.
